To make sure your consultation runs smoothly, please follow these quick steps before scheduling:

1. Choose the right appointment type.

   • Consultation Call: Perfect for individual or couple getaways.

   • Group Travel Consultation: Designed for groups of five or more travelers.

     (If you’re applying for a curated group trip, you’ll complete an additional personality form to ensure the right travel fit.)

2. Complete the Travel Inquiry Form.

   Once you’ve selected your appointment type, please take a moment to fill out our short Travel Inquiry Form. This helps us learn more about your destination goals, preferred dates, and budget so we can tailor your consultation experience.

3. Prepare for your call.

   During your session, we’ll discuss your travel vision, must-have experiences, and any special requests.

4. After your consultation.

   You’ll receive a personalized itinerary and proposal. Once approved, you can secure your trip with a deposit or flexible payment plan.
